I liked most of the reporters I knew (with one or two exceptions, that is), even when they didn&#8217;t cover stories the way I felt they should. Sometime around the end of April I received an email from a close friend saying an on-line Christian news source was looking for reporters to cover various issues such as church, family, living, business, politics, etc. Writing on politics, I thought? A couple of weeks later I made contact, submitted a writing sample and went through an evaluation period before being asked to join The Christian Post (CP) as a full-time reporter covering politics.
