Dear Friends & Constituents,

Thank you for visiting my website and I hope the information provided allows you to gain more insight into the legislative process while learning about Tennessee state government and Senate District 31. As I enter my eighth year in the Tennessee General Assembly, I am excited about the opportunity to serve the citizens of my district.

I believe 2008 will be a productive and hopefully shorter legislative session. Our senate leadership, under the direction of Republican Lt. Governor Ron Ramsey will continue to be one of the most aggressive in history in helping to keep taxes low, while improving education and nurturing a business environment that will make Tennessee one of the most attractive states in the country.
